My Role: Lead UX Designer, overseeing the entire redesign process.

Problem statement
The website struggles with complex navigation, making it difficult for users to find specific products due to an overwhelming number of categories. Additionally, the focus on a single collection limits exploration and discourages browsing of other offerings. Redundancy across multiple similar sections creates confusion and reduces clarity. Moreover, usability issues are present with low visual contrast and understated design elements, which impact the overall user experience. Addressing these areas can greatly enhance the site’s navigation and usability.
Business Objectives
Enhance the user experience, boost engagement with the full range of products, and ensure the website aligns seamlessly with Maline Tile's sophisticated brand identity.

This qualitative research was designed to uncover valuable insights that would inform and guide the redesign process, ensuring the new design effectively addresses user needs and enhances their overall experience.
